Jack was born in New Brunswick, NJ in 1951. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Education, three Master’s degrees (HR & Management, Business Administration, Gerontology), and a Doctoral degree in Philosophy specializing in Multidisciplinary Human Services and Gerontology. Jack is retired from the U.S. Air Force and is a service disabled veteran. Following retirement, he transitioned to industry and worked in senior management and executive level positions for 11 years. He and Ellen are published authors on aging related topics and have developed aging related programs for public and private enterprise, as well as gerontological seminars which have been presented nationally and internationally. Jack is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager and Fellow of the National Contract Management Association. He is passionate about helping all people actively engage their personal aging processes.
Ellen was born in Trenton, NJ. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History/Education, two Master’s degrees (Management and Gerontology), and a Doctoral degree in Education, majoring in Human Services Administration with a minor in Gerontology. Ellen is a service disabled Air Force veteran, having served 13 years as an aircraft maintenance officer. She completed a 20 year career as an administrator in higher education. She and her business partner have created and presented numerous seminars on gerontological topics both internationally and nationally. Ellen has published a number of articles on workforce issues and aging topics. As a Principal with Aging Matters, LLC, she is passionate about helping all people actively engage their personal aging processes.
Arthur Hassall is the Director of Human Resourses. He was born in Trenton, NJ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree and a Master’s degree in Management. He served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer and completed a 26 year career with the State of New Mexico in the field of human resources. Arthur provides human resource consultation services throughout NM.
Nicki Knickerbocker is the Director of Business Operations. She was born in Yakima, WA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science and Technology degree. She is retired from Federal Civil Service following a thirty year career with the Department of Defense. Nicki is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager of the National Contract Management Association.
